strange how someone can "lock up" the nomination already in a puny state
ron paul is the only sensible candidate we have had in 40 years from republican/democrat 2-party scam system

N.H. is a slam dunk for Mitt so a win tonight would be 2-0 for him thereby cutting off the $$$ for the others.

Romney has this thing in the bag. He's kept his mouth shut and watched every candidate come and go. Sanatorum and Paul are next.

His interview on ABC today was classic..."When you put your head on the pillow at night...do you see yourself in the Oval Office?" Paul..."No...not really"

He's polling 3rd here today behind Paul and Huntsman. Us NH voters look at EEEEEVERYTHING and genuinely just don't like Mitt.

Wednesday Jan 4, 2012 CBS News:
After a photo finish in the nation's first Republican presidential nominating contest, the remaining Republican contenders -- those who survived the Iowa caucuses -- will face off Tuesday in the New Hampshire primary, the first contest with binding votes.
The Granite state will likely be a boon for former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who has holds a commanding, double-digit lead in polls there.

paul had 0 chance of winning tonight.
rommney didn't wrap it up yet because of the way the republicans now count the delegates. they count them proptionally to what they win.
its not winner take all as before, if it were rommney would be.
but.. if newt can hang on, for the south, he can start winning. the south doesn't like rommney really.
besides south carolina, rommney is not ahead in any of the southern state polls. he has a lot of work to do.
for me though personally, i am not excited about any of these candidates. the vp choices are more exciting.
paul ryan, chris christi, rubio, nickey haley.

LAWL. WTF?
what polls are you looking at. rommney has been leading by double digits, well forever. even the candiates knew they woudln't win the state, they were battling it out for 2nd. some even skipped it because they knew they had no chance.
if rommney lost the nh primary it would be HUGE news, and threaten his candiatcy . that he couldnt even win in a state where they know him, and in a state where he has held a huge lead.

A dominant win for the Mitt Romney campaign tonight. Huntsman will be blown out of the water in South Carolina as will Ron Paul.

If people begin to believe he is the inevitable candidate, people will start to vote for him in greater numbers. Once the primaries get going candidates mostly tend to get stronger or fade.
Romney has what they call the best "ground game", if he has a plan for the presidency, he must be pretty close to the way he's scripting it.

The dismal showings of Santorum and Gingrich... fighting for very distant 4th and 5th place showings... is what's surprising. Even Ron Paul has received more votes than Santorum and Gingrich combined. Huntsman needed a good second place showing to get anything out of this... and that's not happening. And, since South Carolina is not Ron Paul country, it's looking like there's no one who will be able to mount a credible challenge to Romney. He's already leading in South Carolina and has the Republican machine behind him there. If he wins South Carolina, it really is over.

Ron Paul picking up steam nibbling at Romney once invincible status.
Even the blatant vote rigging, biased coverage and out right lies against Paul are not enough for the establishment guys to put him away.

No kidding. You'd have to be drinking SOMETHING to think that either one of them is bought and paid for by (many of the same) special interests.
