Same as I always drink - start off with beer then switch to Gin + Tonic and double/treble them up occasionally. Might have a glass or couple of glasses of champers at midnight, but will see how drunk I already am by that point.

I do love New Years Eve though as my local always stays open all night and into NY Day, so always fun - have to work the night though on NY Day so have had to give myself a deadline to stop drinking at 8am !
