Just exhibition, but maybe big for the psyches of Federer and Nadal. Fed and Ferrer is where I'd go if playing. Paying -270 for Nadal is just flat out stupid in this spot.

I took Federer small. He got rolled in the opening set. Not that surprising considering it was his 1st set of the season. Expecting him to rebound and be tough in the 2nd set much like Monfils did yesterday vs. Djokovic ... at least if he gives a rat's ass, you would think.

Don't know if it will pan out or not, but stories written in the past week that Nadal is still experiencing some shoulder discomfort and had short preps for this week. Ferrer could have the edge with a match under his belt already and the potential of Nadal being gimpy and not wanting to push it too much.

Yeah, I wouldn't touch Nadal at all. Watch him here and try to get a bit of a gauge of where he's at for Melb. No point farting around with exhibitions unless it's for small cash.

I took Ferrer on principle alone here before reading the shoulder stuff because I just don't see how Nadal is being hung this big a favorite this early, but hell he may steamroll him for all I know.

Can Nadal be backed anymore? His style of Tennis might have aged and he's no where near where he was 2/3 years ago. Injuries clearly have affected his game.
