Cam Newton Will Break Mannings Rookie Pass Record Today
Not bad for a NFL bust as many thought.

Cam Needs 18 yards today to break Peyton Mannings NFL record for passing yards by a rookie. 3739 yards

yep, could easily been a playoff team with a average defense.

Not really hard getting yards when you chuck up the ball 500 times.

I guess it is easy considering the record has stood for over a decade. More haters please.

K13 you've lost me here bud. Drew Brees veteran gunslinger and Cam Newton rookie breaking records is some kind of conspiracy this year?

Record is meaningless, P.Manning played in a different era. With all the rules favoring the offense you can't really compare them.

Even though this is a passing league more than ever I never would have guessed cam would have broken this record...there have been many guys drafted since manning I would have placed my money on...
