special situation, though, where I found the first half +3 to be the best bet. hawks 5-1 ats last 6 in 1st half and giving up < 7 pts avg. hawks shouldn't have blown that 10 pt 4q lead to washington, otherwise they'd be 5-0 su in their last 5 games. and despite the real caliber of any team, 5-0 in the nfl is worth notice.

not really envisioning chicago with more than 7 pts in the first half. expecting a tight, close 1half with not many pts. envisioning at least a push w/ here w/ a worst-case loss scenario of losing the cover by 1 pt

look at the team he inherited, and i'm not a fan of his, but still the hawks sucked last year and are extremely young this year. I would say he's getting a lot of good play out of unheralded guys like lynch, baldwin, gulp tavaris, hawthorne, that big safety, red bryant, etc.

I like our chances to cover 3.5. As a seahawk fan, I am liking our defense and the beast. What I'm most concerned about is what are we doing with Jackson?
