Isles played an inspired, but very tiring game last night that resulted in a shootout loss to Chicago. Dipietro is in net for NYI tonight, and has not been more than an average netminder since his injuries several years ago.

The Pacific Division leading Stars are in the midst of a 2 game winning streak, and Raycroft has been fantastic filling in for Lehtonen. This is their last game until Dec 8, so they know they can leave it all on the ice tonight.
