As a die hard Charger fan i have my opinions and have attacked all the angles of this disgrace in my blog, video and podcasts, but i am genuinely curious to know what you guys think, please do let me know and GET CREATIVE WITH YOUR ANSWER as i will be discussing these answers in this weeks podcast;

NorV- i capitalized the V as in the Vagina he coaches with
AJ Smith-he's made to many busts with personnel moves
Phillip Rivers-he needs to admit he's hurt or just stinks and correct it
The ENTIRE TEAM-they need to step up play for their coach as well as for pride

Please elaborate my friend... because i think you're saying that it brings in a ton of factors which i can understand but the bottom line is they continue to go in the wrong direction and the sooner they adjust something... anything the better. Now.. back to my online whining.

Not everyone can play the QB position well. Maybe Rivers just isn't as good as he used to be. Hits might be piling up.

AJ Smith..He hired Norv..a couple of great drafts 5+ years ago and nothing to speak of the past 5 years in the draft..AJ's my way or the highway business approach was all well and good when he was killing it in the draft..He has the worst people skills of any GM and it's not close..good riddance to both Norv and AJ
