Are you saying the house actually made money off the promo? I certainly could believe people play bad enough to completely give up their edge on average. Hopefully that means we can do 2:1 again, but with a more reasonable limit per hand.

I guess I do not understand what the report is saying. I mean it seems to say the house edge on blackjack is 10.5%, which is theoretically possible. But that can't be what it is saying because it also says the take on roulette is 15%, which is impossible. There is zero strategy in roulette, so the house take should be almost exactly its edge. It has to be per buyin, or some other measure, rather than per bet.

I've read through some of the documentation (why the hell I did this, I don't know) and I'm 90% sure that the percentage number represents gross profit/gross chips bought (=player buyin). In other words, the average player loses 10% of their buyin before quitting. This figure has very little to do with house edge.
