Thinking Notre Dame upsets Stanford on Saturday

I've got a feeling the Irish will go into Palo Alto and knock off a Stanford team that simply isn't the same after the embarrassing loss to Oregon. The Ducks exploited Stanford and just last week we saw a mediocre Cal team give them a good game. Notre Dame was killed by mistakes early on this year but they seem to be on the right track now. The Irish have the talent and athletes to match up with Stanford and beat them so I'm thinking ML +220 or so will be a good play. Some books have +7 but the sharp books are holding 6.5.

I like the pick. I wouldnt take the ML though. ND has plenty of offense but were suspiciously flat against a very poor BC defense. Were they looking ahead? I think so. They built an early lead and coasted. Stanford has been burned in their secondary for three games in a row. No reason to think ND can't match scores.
