i think they are operated in costa rica, however alot of agents are located throughout toronto, montreal and other big cities??

I remember a particular dispute against BetWho where they confiscated a players funds back in like 2006, citing there bonuses are meant for recreational players only. As far as platinumsb goes these days, I haven't read anything that I can recall off the top of my head.
