LMAO when I see the term "best up and coming book" that tells me a lot of things.

They havent been around long enough to deserve any sort of credit. They can say anything they want until they lose. If they get hit for some decent amounts and have no problems paying then they get a little jump in credibility. I looked that sire over awhile ago and it looked pretty standard to me. But since guys in the U.S. without connections are desperate to lose their money offshore then the options are limited. trust me les competition isnt a good thing. and when books start sprouting up specifically catering to degenerates it is a red flag.

I wouldnt and dont have a dime off shore right now. Even if youre a 'recreational' player. If you are find a low level local. Because guys who are recreational are recreational for a reason, they probably dont have enough money for anything else, so if they get a moderate score and get stiffed it is actually worse on them, mostly mentally.

I know guys here who pimp these offshores dumps wont like it but whatever. truth is the truth. Offshore is a cesspool for US players rightnow, when you have 5 dimes and Bo Dog as the top tier books people can play it is it a frigging joke. These books werent on the radar when guys could actually play at places with some legitimacy. And they surely arent any better now than they were then, they just got promoted by attrition.
