He did not directly call Obama, Hitler. He used an analogy that indirectly referenced Hitler, and Netenhya(???) meeting to Obama, and the Speaker of the House playing golf together. Who Obama was supposed to represent in the analogy was not said, and neither clarified by Hank.

B/c Hank is a redneck, people are jumping to the conclusion that Hanks comments were meant to have some racial connotations. I just think Hank was searching for the most slanderous thing he could say. He got what he wanted, and that was attention. But freedom of speech does not mean you do not have consequences for your actions.
