I get that Marcum is a good road pitcher but the crew have been awful on the road this year. I think Zona should avoid the sweep here.
Thoughts?

23-11 on the road in the 2nd half. Far cry from awful.

Zona are the Reds of last year. The Brew Crew were a team expected to make the playoffs. In the minds of the bookmakers, home field advantage is not enough to negate the "Arizona is really not that good" veneer that has plagued them all season. I hope they win, but I am not betting on it.

how many of those 51 were against the padres and dodgers and giants? most of them likely- inferior competition. brewers have probably the third best batting lineup in the MLB playoffs this year.

You know that and yet you called them awful on the road. Right.

The NL Central is far better than the NL West... <hell, the Astros took 5 of 7 or something from the Giants, right?
Listen... the Brewers are favored tomorrow because they have a better pitcher and a better lineup and a better bullpen.
Will they win? Maybe, maybe not, but the line is right.

YEah for real. Zona won one less game than the crew. Sure they got slapped around in mil but mil is dynamite at home. dont get me wrong i have a play on mil to win the pennant that pays out 966 for a bill but i think zona survies till game 4.

Collmenter = 14 innings, 0 runs, 10 strikeouts, 6 hits vs the Brewers this year.
The sharp play here is the Under 9.

Arizona or pass. I rate this game a toss-up, so getting + odds on the home team has value. Thing is, they may not have + odds everywhere. Some may have -115/-105, but if you have dime lines, Zona should be the play if you must play this game.

Is he? I've never heard him interviewed or anything but I am a huge fan of his because he does everything right on the field. It would be a shame if he detracts from that with his mouth.

Marcum is solid esp on road. Crew lineup at full strength for 1st time all season basically.

small lean to the brewers, tough game to call though IMO.
