also i forgot to mention that not only would boston be shorter odds BOTH days vs tampa's odds, that the one game playoff if they remained tied would be in tampa. where the rays would certainly be favored.

not saying that boston won't make it, just that there's no way boston should be favored or even less than +140 when they are tied and on the road every game. tampa is tied and at home against a yankees team that probably is just as happy losing, and then would be at home in a playoff.
