How the fukk do you handicap week 1 in the NFL?

to me it s more of a guessing game than any other week during the season. So many new players, coaches and systems in place. Forget using the pre-season as some kind of measuring stick as to how the teams will be in the regular season. Or should we?

Are the Lions really better?
Will the NFC West produce an above .500 team?
Are the Rams really better?
Will the Chargers suck early on again and then look unbeatable until the play-off come around?
Will the Pats roll throughout the season only to lose again at home in the play-offs?
Are the Ravens ready to take the next step or will the Steelers again ruin the party?
Do the Browns have a chance in that division?
Is Garrett what the Cowboys needed?
Are the Eagles really gonna be that good?
Are the Bears gonna win the NFC North again?
What about the Giants? no one is really talking about them.
Jets? They seem to win ugly but win they do.
Will Miami surprise the Pats and the Jets? Upset the Pats Monday?

So many questions will eventually be answered but what a bout week one betting? I am gonna go with some totals, 1H totals. Just as in last nights game in GB, I am gonna bet things to over in a few games.
