Just finished a great book that had some neat info in it about Costas. Guys in the business say he is the 2nd best of all time.....right behind Cosell. I always knew he was smart, but the guy is a full-fledged genius.

Anyone who is claiming someone is the worst broadcaster CLEARLY never caught a game on NFL network when Bryant Gumbel was the broadcaster. Even now the NFL network games are some of the worst as far as accuracy and not being morons (implying that they are, in fact, morons).
