Planet Hollywood sportsbook ticket expiraction?

I made a small wager on the 14th of last month at planet Hollywood but I forgot to cash it in. The full list of policies aren't listed on the back of my ticket. It says Pari-Mutuel tickets are valid for 30 days after the close of the event but the rest of the polices are cut off.

Does anyone know how long it is valid for?

If you lose it you're pretty much screwed.

tried calling twice, the staff dont know and when they try connecting me to the sportsbook I get the an answering machine

You can not directly call a sportsbook. Its illegal for them to accept incoming calls.
