Lou, John... get in here and say this is a possibility so it can gain some traction...

If you are worried about how to run it, you could just put the 6 captains into SBRPicks and have them enter the picks in a "small" 6 man contest for grading purposes..

Posters could PM their plays to the captain who would in turn enter the plays...

Overlapping plays would be OK...(but each team would need 10 separate plays)

10,000 points to the winning team at the end of NFL season.. (1000 points each)

Just seeing people decline to play on Brocks team would make this worth it alone...

i thought it would be processed today but hopefully sbrpro tomorrow.

while i sucked it up during baseball it was easier to throw a few bucks in sportsbook.com...now that 5dimes has **** option back i was able to put it back in there

BetOnline says they will sponsor it if you guys can drum up at least 12 teams...Kind of a Groupon deal. Open it to the public and any captain with posters that existed before the start date can enter. It will be points contest.

We've done them in the past they were a lot of fun. We can set it up on SBRcontests and then a forum mgr. will add up the units for each user by team.

Requirement is a BetOnline account. If it was created after this thread, it must o through the BetOnline link/banner to be eligible. Majority of team must be legit for team members to get their share of team prize.

We'll make the contest today. It will be up to you guys to fill it. We can always adjust the start date and increase the prize if there is big turnout.

Any way you want to do it King! But I think you have to allow walk-on teams. There are guys in the NFL forum that are gonna want some of ya after they see your draft.

Ill take care of the teams... I will pick the captains and generate a Draft Pool and run the Draft...

You just get me some prize winnings and track the plays when I get you the teams!!!

as far as opening it up, you must be a PRO by the time the draft begins so none of these scheming ghosts can sneak in...

after that its up to the captains.. if you havent made a name for yourself yet, better work on it for next year...

Nah, have to be a member by launch day...maybe today. Dont need to be PRO to team battle.

We'll PW protect it so only teams can get in. Start getting the teams together and we'll get er goin.
