Has anyone ever done this? i know they say to send it registered mail, but how would you prove anything if the usps, or the mgm lost the ticket?

Will a photocopy work if it is lost? I was going to do that just in case i just wonder if they would honor something like that.

I work for the post office. You may want to send it insured also with a return receipt. That way if it gets lost you are covered.

Done this tons of times, never an issue, just follow listed instructions, make sure to photocopy or scan both back and front.

Yep. And you can probably quote him the rates, right? Insurance for USPS is very cheap, wouldn't cost you much extra at all.

its my understanding that usps will only cover up to $15 when it comes to betting slips. I could be wrong.

if its a good amount, id ship it ups or fedex with signature required. ground is pretty cheap and reliable.

done it before and got my check in under 2 weeks.
