Teams that are used to seeing option football (such as conference opponents) know their defensive assignments much better. This Virginia team is much improved from recent years as well. I wouldn't be surprised if they won outright at home.

I know. I stayed home all day which is bad, I bet 2nd halves & don't think I've won any. Sides have been real solid though.

You would have done well if you were opposite on the late games. Oregon is the square play but solid IMO.

It is. I took the opposite of a few "square" sides... LSU, Stanford, and played the Bama -14 2H.

NFL was 9-6 last week for a total of 39-28 for +9.45 units

Dallas +7 -125 This is a late game but 7 is going fast. Expect to lay extra for that key number. the Cowboy defense is number 1 vs the run and one of the best defenses in the NFL. On top of that, Rob Ryan has proven very successful vs The Pats offense. I expect him to take Welker out of the game and give Brady multiple presnap looks with disguised pressures. Dallas has Miles Austin back and Dez Bryant should be near 100%.I'm also looking at throwing a little on the ML on the rested Cowboys with an extra week to prepare.

Washington +3 +105 3rd best scoring defense vs 6th worst. The Skins have forced 8 fumbles, the Eagles 2. Sure, the Eagles are getting alot of yards but the Redskins are one of the better defenses yardage wise as well. Vick has thrown the most interceptions in the NFL.

If that's not enough, the Redskins are the 4th best Redzone defense at 36% including a 3 game streak of 25% and Philly is DEAD LAST at 78.5%. It's incredible that the public keeps backing this circus act thinking every week is gonna be the week. The best part is the better team is getting points at home.. I most likely with throw some on the ML as well.

Det is coming off a short week which they aren't used to. To me, this is a step up in competition. SF's offensive line is much better than Chicago's. Sf should be able to run the ball and Alex Smith has been solid off play action throwing 7 TDs to only 1 pick. San Fran is number 1 in defensive red zone % at 10% better than Detroit. The best part is SF has been playing at 20% the last 3 weeks and Detroit has been playing worse at 41.67%. Both teams score at near 50%. SF keeps it close in a low scoring game where points are a premium.

St Louis +15 I'm not a trend bettor unless they really have some meat behind it. This one does: Winless team of at least 0-4 that is off a bye and getting DD points. 21-2 ATS last 20yrs . They've had extra prep time and I expect a supreme effort out of what are still pro athletes in a desperate situation.

Carolina +3.5 better numbers were out there but I added it too late. I feel they can win this outright so anything above 3 is ok to me.

The 2 best redzone scoring offenses in the NFL but NYG has by far the better redzone D. The Giants will play well for 4 quarters off after letting up last week.

FYI: It looks like Williams and Merriman are OUT for the Bills defense today. I'm liking that NYG and over even better now.
