Last preseason game of the year is notorious for starters not playing or playing very little. Be very careful. The lines are what they are for a reason. The Panthros -3 against the Steelers......perfect example.

I normally say never bet on Panthers and never bet on pre-season. But tonight hammer the Panthers! I "almost"
guarantee you they win tonight. They wull play several starters all 4 quarters they know they have a TON to work on and can't afford to rest starters they are a long way away from being ready for the season and coaching staff knows it. Expect the steelers to treat this like a practice and Panthers will play with something to prove to themselves.

No. Week 4 preseason starters play 1 series or dont play at all. Hence carolina being a favorite against steelers.

3rd stringers vs 3rd stringers for most of game, lines came out to be fairly accurate.
