@Brooks. It is not allowed to burn the bible in Islam. Just because a few are doing it, doesn't mean it's right. The bible as was the Torah also books of God. Just happened that the bible and the Torah were changed by man as to fit society. Quran was the last book sent, and has not had a single thing changed.

Islam is the perfect way of life. Muslims are not perfect. So for those who say one is not muslim because he/she doesn't follow the tenets of Islam perfectly is not muslim is showing their ignorance. Yes gambling and intoxicants are forbidden and punishable in sharia but one who participates in acts which are forbidden doesn't nullify their Islam. Now there are certain acts which nullify Islam. For example worshipping any other deity besides Allah will take a muslim out of the fold of Islam and he/she would have to repent and renew there shahada to be muslim again. Gambling, drinking etc although very sinful doesn't make one not muslim.
