Canceled the failed transfer, please go ahead and transfer it again, it should be good now.

Just want you guys to know that the forum points still have not synced correctly with our points page as of yet.

Also - I have two different balances on my points summary page. My actual points log (which is correct - 741), and then the points total on the top right (which is not correct - 763). The 22 point discrepancy, is a point transfer I made to on 8/12 to another member.

Had trouble opening certain games in the casino, was eventually able to open up Video Poker and Keno... but the others Carrib Poker, Roulette, etc. I made a couple bets while screen was up then it all of a sudden goes dark and I can't see anything (would only be up for about 2 to 3 seconds to get a bet in).. only to show that I lost my points... Chances are the bets were probably losers based on my history with the SBR casino but in the past we at least got to see are plays lose. This isn't even a game anymore, guess no more casino play here.. basically stealing or going on the book's word that I lost my play/s... but I couldn't see them.

Rod_M: a random black screen issue has been going on for a couple of days on the casino, out IT team is already working on this. Sorry for the hassle.

onlooker: Rod. Everything transferred OK. I was just testing transfers to see if it helped with auto syncing. I think it was Icer that was having problems with the casino games.

Rod_M: I certainly hope this gets corrected ASAP, our Dev team is working 24/7 on this point issue, for now the sync problem seem to be the only remaining issue.

Rod It shows I transferred the points to the sportsbook but they never showed upin the book. It was only 12 pts. The last 2 days are fine. It was the day before that when it occurred. It's only 12 pts. I wouldn't make it up.

the only total that is correct between the front page, my pts log and the casino pts balance is the actual accounting of pts. If I wanted to use the pts in the casino it will let me, but I know those pts are not correct.

If you don't have no editing photo software, you can do it with Print Screen and MS Paint.

Prt Sc. Open Paint. Ctrl+V. Save as... Attach that jpg to your post.

Simply put. I received my daily points on Fri Aug. 12th Upon transferring them to the sbr book they dissapeared and haven't been recovered. I haven't had a problem since.
