so as youve now probably figured out- you need to be a pro to cash in the points for things other than a t-shirt, but you can become pro after you've accumulated the points- as you would be required to do if you wanted to utilize the points properly.

That's not a very good strategy to accumulate points. Keep playing at the Casino trying to accumulate points so you can later apply to become a Pro. In the meantime you lose the extra points Pros get daily, free entry to Poker tourneys, twice a week trivia, anniversary points, etc.

Its been sometime since I cashed anything in the SBR store... Noticed the new policy with non pro members... Well I guess these points will be sitting here till College Hoops Season... I've used 5 Dimes way back when I first started with the online thing, too many hassles from what I think his name was "Tony"... What other book would anybody suggest using from the recommended list...
