Here is some reasoning for those who believe it actually matters:

1. Both teams need to win to advance and in soccer unless you score goals you can't win.

2. Portugal only needs a draw to advance. New Zealand can advance with a draw if the other game is a low scoring draw and they won't go for the win from the get go. Probably wait until someone scores on other game to change game plan.

3. France needs a win to advance and they need to score lots of goals to make up for goal difference. Mali is just Mali..they suck.

4. Colombia is through to next round and may rest players tonight. South Korea needs a draw or a win and playing an unmotivated opponent they will sit back and play counters.

France -549 is good. Mali is basically out of the tourney. I think they can score a goal here and that's why I think over 3 is better than -2. In fact you can play both since they are correlated somehow. -2 will give you a push on 2-0 France win and over 3 will give you a push on 2-1 France win.

I think Mali as much as they aren't good, it's still a team you wanna watch as it's always the team that has nothign to lose, as pride to fight for to atleast not lose all 3.. Best of luck gentlemen

I don't like the total. For example if there is an early goal the over can cash. Like if South Korea scores first Colombia would not want to lose in front of their fans and if Colombia scores first South Korea will open up because they will be out.

France will win this game. Line moved from -350 to -600. Most Mali players play in France and are buddies with their France teammates. There is no doubt France will win.

historically, weak teams lose big time against motivated very good teams. To get a better idea about this game, imagine this game as Germany having to beat Belarus in order to advance.
