Jj you would not give him a discount on the rent for personal favors? I mean you could have him be your "caddie". Drop off, pick up your dry cleaning. He would be your personal uber-eats guy, get your food ordered and delivered right to your plate. Do all the chores: clean toilets, shower, floors, vacuum, dishes, ball washing, you name it!

Yes he is up last 3 years but well known he lost it all lifetime

He is up 17,450 last 3 years although down 300k approx lifetime

My conclusion he basically lost it all

Owes some loanshark in Chicago at least 30k and just pays I believe only $300 a month interest so got lucky there.

Don’t go into business with him , his latest scheme is virtual nail salons which teaches people how to their own and has a shady Korean Partner named Shau Loo Kasaki.
