                  yeah tr88 when i was in the best shape of my life last year i was 190 too.

                  bout 180 now. trying to get back on the bandwagon, motivation factor low.

                            I was at 260 down to 230 ate nothin but chicken n veggies and worked my ass off weights n the garage and insanity a cardio program made by the same people who made p90x mixed w N.O.-Xplode, Syntha-6, and vitamins.....but starting some dbol tomorrow ..... I should be a solid 205 in a few months
