    Buzzy's sweet tater chips
Peel the sweet potatoes and slice crosswise into 1/8 inch thick chips. In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over them. Add fresh cracked pepper, salt, garlic powder, cumin and smoked paprika. Mix it all together, coating each piece of potato and pour out onto a baking pan (cookie sheet works well). Bake off in the oven on 400 until the house smells wonderful and the potatoes are slightly crispy.

I am serving these tonight with some roasted duck and mushroom wild rice. Try it. You'll like it.

Only if you're on a dirty bulk, pal. I do love chips n dip. Being an athlete and a stud requires sacrifice but the pros far outweigh the cons.

Scrub the skin really well then and rough it.

A carrot peeler works well on sweet taters.......
