I drink all day, smoke and eat like crap. My resting heart rate is 58 and blood pressure is 116/69. you can be as healthy as you want and still croak early. my grandma has been smoking and drinking for 60 years and still going strong.

I gave up coffee about 3 years ago and immediately began drinking green tea. One bag of lipton organic green tea a day for over approximately 1,000 straight days. No clue if it's helping me physically... but mentally it provides a daily dose of well being to start my day.

Cant put into words how this little plant has helped me out..

Buy quality loose leaf and brew your own ice tea. Like Illini said any Asian grocery store will have high quality product. Most of the bagged stuff is crap.
