Nah, JJGold is still relevant. I may hammer the clown from time to time, but he still brings a lot of energy to this forum with his videos and crazy posts. The guy is a posting machine.

I think most people fail to realize just how difficult it must be to BE JJ GOLD. Guy is a rock star. A prisoner to his genius.
The simple fact is very few people in the world could do what he does. Look at the number of relevant posters that have come & gone just in the past year or so. Then take a moment to realize JJ has been doing this at the highest of levels since '05. (and that's just at SBR!)
JJ has made just about any place he's ever posted into the busiest site in the chit-chat industry. Google him sometime. He's the Mariano Rivera & Cal Ripken, Jr. of sports gambling forums.
Like him or not.....the guy is clearly the very best poster that any internet gambling chit-chat room has ever seen.
There's no one even close.

I think he's still relevant. The same thread has been started countless times and the end result is that he's still here, new people join every day and either fall in love with him/hate him and the cycle begins again. Plus when he doesn't log in first thing in the morning people are asking where he is in a panic, like they can't start their day without him around. And he DOES post a lot about gambling - it's just that the PT crowd may not see some of it because he seems to focus more these days on UK/Asian/Aussie books and he posts quite often in the tennis forum.
But I do think he needs to go on a vacation, even just for 3 or 4 days. I've been saying this for over a year. Just to rest his brain as anyone needs to no matter where they work. It's not healthy to work this many hours without a holiday every once in a while. You just burn out.Comment -
Gold shari is right take a vacation pack a suitcase for Colorado meet me and my girl there I will let you watch us fuk for a couple days make you sit in corner touching yourself getting frustrated then we go out. Find a couple twinks get them all blasted spike their fukkin drinks tie them up like we did Bobby that one night whip them and tie them to bed. Call down to lobby and tell the fukkin bellboy there's a ruckus in the room in the meantime we get them excited and ready to go then run out of room. JJ Gold is the SBR Ironman. Everyday he laces them up, fastens that rug down and does a little bump to keep us entertained and enlightened. Is every post of his a gem? No, but with almost 100k posts I would not expect them to be. There are several good posters here that have made some great threads, but they couldn't even crack the Top 100 JJ Gold Threads. He gives us a reason to mock and laugh, sometimes a reason to stop and think and debate, he's helped expose some sportsbook scams and sometimes himself (could have really done without that though) and he is a constant in this changing world. There may be some up and comers and wannabes but JJ Gold is still the king.
