Didn't have much time so kept it simple. Rubbed a couple lamb chops with rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil, threw em on the grill for a few mins. Medium rare is the way to go with these babies. Took a few big bok choy stems, rubbed em with sesame oil and salt and placed em right on the grill.
