One of my go to veggies but try this out sometime, kok boys.
Boil fingerlings or new potatoes, let cool till point where you can handle em, cut into nice chunks and place chunks in a bowl. Zest a couple lemons in and add some sauteed scallions and prosciutto. Salt, pepper, fresh crushed garlic and smoked salmon. Throw in a high quality stone ground mustard and a hint of balsamic vingera in some olive ol. Add some fresh basil. Toss, refrigerate to just chill a bit. Serve this next to a T-bone or whatever grilled meat floats your boat.
