    Advantage gambler stiffed.
Did ya'll read this non-sense? Anyone got the inside scoop?

A gambler who is a regular winner at Las Vegas casinos has lost his court appeal against the state and the Mirage hotel-casino on the Strip. Alex Fayer claimed he was the victim of false arrest and battery by an enforcement agent.

They just used that as an excuse to stiff him. Why did he have to show an ID anyway- it said that he only won 8k?

The article said he was paid the 8k... I think Casinos are required to file the paperwork at a given amount but can do so at lesser amounts at their discretion...

These people, the casinos, dont want winners on their premises. Just "disadvantage gamblers", suckers, loosers, squares, whales ...

At 5k he needed to show valid i.d. I'm guessing the fake id didn't do him any favors. He wanted to keep a low profile and instead threw his ass into the spotlight.

An "advantage gambler" is busted showing false id's with an assumed name on a CC. Brilliant. They used to have the griffin book before, should be interesting to see how this guy does in the future being on any sort of black books in casinos and with the IRS. Why do they even use the term "advantage gambler" in this story, to the casinos its becoming synonymous with crook. Guys like this are a cancer.

"wanted to keep a low profile." Dude should have drove around all day and laid that bet off at 3-5 hundy a book. Here in Arizona at the indian casinos you are ID for anything over 3k in chips. You would think an advantage player would know some rules.
