Maybe I am being naive, but I really don't think sportsbooks in general have anything to worry about especially offshore ones. This is about online poker and the way that they were run with ppl cheating each other and snitching on each other. That is how this came about. Without it, they had no case. They did this to themselves.

Not too sure about this. Now that they have the blueprint for how the money was deposited and withdrawn, I doubt that sports books do it any different.

This is going to fuk up the way everyone moves money.

Maybe so, but not in my mind. As usual, maybe they can make it harder to deposit and withdraw but the books will be okay. Betonline, BoDog, and every other book that have had run-ins with the US have shown just how powerless they are when it comes to completely shutting things down for US players

Only time will tell and then we can look back and see who was right and wrong but I think these sites hve seen their day. I think this is the beginning of legalized online poker here in the US and sportsbooks are next. We will see these offshore books pushed out or voluntarily pull out like MB. This is likely down the road though. And then WYnn will shove 40c lines down our throats and tell us how good they are. We're fukked here

I am in a tourney on Stars right now, and if this bullshitis true,Bodog is safe they are a sportsbook,Stars UB and FT are pure poker sites, if they would close Bodog they have to close DSI , 5dimes etc etc as well
