I think all you guys are overreacting. The government regularly seizes sites that they deem illegal and the sites usually find a way around it. Here is an example http://atdhe.net/. That link was seized months ago, but if you think they are not doing the same thing you are not adapt at how the internet world works. I could point you to the new site but I think most of you dudes are too loud and stupid, your personalities lend to snitching.

Next, with sites like Creditwagering in which I was never a fan of, openly having peoples pictures posted that they have done business with that happen to be from the US, I don't think they are too interested in busting sportsbooks as a whole, or as many said years ago CW is a book ran by the government, which I don't totally believe. I think you guys are just blowing this way out of proportion. BoDog who I will not touch and BetOnline have both had run-ins with the government and are still in business. As much as I hate to give government any credit, the truth is they do have "bigger fish to fry" and business will be back to usual before you can blink.

Great, this is different. They've issued arrest warrants to interpol for money laundering, wire fraud and other charges for the guys running these sites. These are actually serious charges and the DOJ rarely loses when they go to court. This isn't anything like atdhe.net

Maybe so, but not in my mind. As usual, maybe they can make it harder to deposit and withdraw but the books will be okay. Betonline, BoDog, and every other book that have had run-ins with the US have shown just how powerless they are when it comes to completely shutting things down for US players

Part of me is glad, especially for my wife and kids. I am also glad because I dont know if I was ready for the stress. Then another part of me feels like a pussy for not going and sometimes I begin to regret it.

Maybe I am being naive, but I really don't think sportsbooks in general have anything to worry about especially offshore ones. This is about online poker and the way that they were run with ppl cheating each other and snitching on each other. That is how this came about. Without it, they had no case. They did this to themselves.
