Why post at all then? Just to hear your cocky dumbass tell people how good your picks are, but that you're not "philanthropic" enough to share them? SBR where do you find these morons, I mean is the internet really this widely available in mental institutions?

I never made any claims. Occasionally I'd try to answer a question and in answering I mention how I do things. Then someone says, hey, why don't you share you're picks. I explain why I don't. I'm pretty sure that's all I did. If you can find me bragging about how good I am somewhere, please bring it to my attention.

I'm here to discuss methodology and the state of the industry. Unfortunately most of the truly valuable information here involves the reader doing a lot of his own work and, therefore, is met with a resounding thud.

HG, how come as a team, we can't decipher his system, or even improve on it?

Not sure what this is but I would assume that deciphering a system from months or years ago would be near impossible since the stats are constantly changing with each game. If of course it was a great system it would be worth a shot at trying.

Let's not call it then a sports forum since noone is willing to share information because of no incentives, other than being ridiculed if his pick loses. Let's shut the forum down and start a Facebook entry for each person to brag on how good cappers they are and that they hit 90% in multiple sports. If there is no cohesion between the forum members then all you get is individuals that act alone and don't care for each other.

I think one of the best all around cappers is the guy that gave out the biggest payout listed this year in the horse forum. A pick 4 that was just under 4k, plus he was a documented 60% winner in football last year, and documented 60% winner in baseball last year and this year, and even though struggling in baskets is still over 50% this year.

Guy knows more than just one sport.

Bingo! Really, this "I don't have any incentive" argument just doesn't flow well in the confines of an internet sports capping/gambling/betting forum. The people who don't post plays but don't antagonize others doesn't really concern me, so those of you who are here to discuss the state of the industry, etc. are A-OK in my book. But those who claim to be god's gift without posting picks just amounts to (as pavy said) a glorified dick measuring contest: "Mine's 11 inches." > "Oh yeah, well, mine's 13 inches and emits molten lava or 25 year old Macallen when I want." It just gets ludicrous.

Some one point me to the thread where I claimed to "pick winners" or where I said anything even resembling the sort.

I'm here to 1) stay on top of developments in the industry, specifically regarding different books 2) learn from the sharper guys here like ganch, justin, etc.

I'll stick to the state of the industry and think tank forums from now on.
