I'm thinking of taking a ridiculous over like 4.5 in the Bologna/Palermo game. Overs in Italy are good value especially when you got 2 teams who have a shoot out vs each other.

It sounds crazy for Italian soccer, but this game could see it. You'd be getting probably +400 or more on O4.5 (if you could find it) and I like the value. Not many teams in Italy score goals, but these are two for sure.

As a rule of thumb don't play overs on FA Cup replay matches. Teams on the road will go there playing not to lose and send the game to OT and penalties.
