Hmm... In my current situation, I would have to say Henderson, NV until there was some government regulation on online sports betting.

if you are going somewhere for a PhD go to a prestigious program regardless of where its located...i would honestly rather go somewhere that has nothing to do so i could be more focused on my degree

but if i had it my way i would move down to dallas or austin texas
