    For those of you who are in management positions where your employees prospect
    Make it easy to find the slackers. Sync everyone's files into Windows Live Sync (which is transitioning into Windows Live Mesh), give them all the freedom in the world and keep your eye on activity.

    Then when you notice people who lack activity in comparison to the others you fire them for lack of production provable by the record you just generated on your computer so you can deny them Unemployment as well, and of course tell them they are ruined for this everywhere else in town as well for taking advantage of your generousity because you know managers everywhere.

        Talent means little. Calls ---> Applications ---> Clients. If they aren't making the calls, cut them loose they can go be cashiers or busboys or something. No time for people who waste our time.

                the fact of the matter is that by employing such a strategy you will accomplish a goal oriented environment in which Darwinism eventually takes over. Profits will exceed expectations. Sure you wil get your one or two fakers who light up the board for a week or 2 but they wont make it past a month.

                For the douchebags who come in and make their $400 as they stink it up for a week you violently fire them in front off the rest of the office. Make them cry if necessary and if they say anything back you call the police as your assistant manager tells them they are trespassing.

                They will tell the other douchebags and they will all steer clear of your office.

                The winners will develop loyalty towards eachother which will lead to all goals being exceeded. Treat any females who can hang in this kind of environment with the utmost respect as well these broads, even though they might run you over in the long run because a successful saleswoman is a very, very dangerous thing, are huge for morale because they are so rare and sex just sells. Theyalso tend to **** like rabbits.

                Either you are a winner or you can collect my ******* trash, clean up after me when I go out for a meal, or wash my ******* car and I don't need to talk to you.

                  This would only work if the employee were forced to work for you or be unemployed. In the real world you wouldn't have any employees. Not productive ones anyway. (which defeats the purpose of your strategy)

                      Not true. The ones who get it live like kings and queens. As the pipeline grows, people eventually come around as long as the prospecting efforts continue. Need a vacation? What'd you close last month. need a whore? What'd you close last month. If they are successful they the profit is so massive that it outweighs any of this, though obviously if anyone decides that means take a week off every month or 2 we can fire them, take all working files and keep all the mish as per the binding agreement they sign on the way in the door, as well as a non-compete which will hold up in court if necessary.

                      Gonna call OSEA? There's the door. Labor board? **** off. The police? We have cameras dick.

                      Our asses are always covered from the bad seeds and this is a team in which we take care of our own.
