#8I train at both home and the gym. At home I have the Powertec Multi-System Workbench. Absolutely love it. I have never used a bench that has been this great anywhere. I use it one hour a day, every day except Sunday, no fail. Normally after my post-work nap. I do however leave the house for my martial arts training. Twice a week I train Muay Thai, once a week I train BJJ. My BJJ trainer is trying to convince me to get a bowflex on top of it, as he claims it will help me a lot with my shoulder strength for omo plata's and my overall muscle flexibilty and core strength. I don't know how people can be lazy, I love working out.Comment -

#14Training five days a week.Lots of cardio at the present time. Spin classes mostly.Swimming soon, weights in a few months. 30 lbs gone since july, pushing to drop the final twenty by summer time.I need to be stricter with the diet in next two months which is no fun at all.
Our bodies were created for much more activity than we get living in today's world. To live longer and better exercise is a must.Comment -

#24Tell me about it...just got surgery on my right knee last week to scope out bad cartilage and do a lateral release. It is amazing how tough it is to wake up the quad after it has not moved for a week.Comment -

#29my workout to lose weight by this summer starts after the pro bowl. I hope to lose 25lbs by the end of summer... I plan on working out 3-4x a week lifting 2x a week.
Squats/military press/shoulder shrugs with bench bard. Crunches and pushupes/pullups and other excercies. Other than that I plan alot of interval running. I plan on just doing 3 sets of 12 of everything that should be enough for my purposes. I'm not a die hard workout guy, but i do want to drop weight so its a start I think. I plan on doing about 45 minutes of cardio which I consider fast walking or a jog with the interval sprints.

#33Been working out religiously since 1979 at my local Y. 47 and needed scope on my right knee 2 years ago from a previous football injury. Was back on the raquetball court 1 month later. It pays to work out so you can abuse your body once in a while.
No more heavy lifting. Lots of cardio. What works for me is competition for cardio. Hoops, raquetball, or a workout partner to push you on machines.Comment -

A curling machine, lat machine and power rack was stolen and the manager tried to pin it on me.
