I hope you're right, but I don't see it happening. Pitching staff just seems iffy at best outside of Roy Oswalt.
The Dodgers might be a good fit for this since the Diamondbacks, Padres and Rockies are going to get a lot of preseason pub in that division.
As for a team that didn't make the postseason last year and seems destined to this year, put my down on the Tigers (though they certainly don't fit a 'sleeper' tag).

The Tigers are definately not a sleeper. They may have the most wins come seasons end. They do not fit into this category.

Tampa Bay goes to the world series.
There goal is not to lose 90 games it will be a successful season then since they have never had a season where they have not lost at least 90 games.

TwinS, remember the trend ** when the Giants win the Super Bowl the Twins have always won the world series that baseball season.

I definitely wouldn't describe the Dodgers or Mariners as sleepers.

Give me the Giants. Obviously the offense is the primary concern, but this is a team that's suited to win 3-2 type games. Bonds' departure is addition by subtraction, and with that rotation and in a division without a dominant team, the Giants can contend in the West.
I also agree with those of you that mentioned the Reds as being improved.
