Thread not at all what I expected. In Hammah Town, a "middle" is what we call a tranny who keeps the balls but loses the kok -- middle of the road kinda gal -- hence a middle. When the fellers say they "hit a middle" they mean they tapped her. A 6 figure middle would be a very expensive tranny -- a true pro, one you pay up big bucks for but who will let you do pretty much any phucken thing you want.
