How long does it take you to recover?

How long does it take you to recover from a really tough loss? When I say really tough loss, it must have 3 components:

1) A lot of money. Either a large straight bet or maybe the last leg of a would be winning parlay. This is relative when it comes to $ amount, we all bet different amounts.

2) You really needed the win. Either because you were having a bad weekend/day, or you are just barreled in to begin with and need the money real bad.

3) It has to be a brutal loss (e.g., missed last second FG, loss on a horrible call by the ref, fluke play)

So how long?

It takes me about 2-3 days to recover. I guess I am slow. Still burning from that Denver loss.

Nothing different than what I would usually do. I'm just still really pissed off and angry.

I typically don't have many of these losses because I don't chase losses or bet usually large amounts but it happens every now and then.

I lost a ton of money on the Oakland ML cuz of Janikowski's missed 33 yd FG a few weeks ago at the end of the game.

Took me a while to get over that.

So used to it by now, I expect it.

One bowl, a year or two ago, Buffalo was up 3td's late in the 3rd Q, Would have been 15k for me.
