but to shut your stupid ass up, try 29201. 2011 discounted almost $200 more then a 2010

and of course tax and tag are negotiable. you just have to do it with the base price in order to meet that $20k out the door.

My grandparents have the Ford Edge...Nice smaller SUV ( I think they are pretty cheap)

My aunt/uncle have a Buick Enclave nice smaller SUV ( may be outta your range)

Brother has the Subaru small SUV (fast car for a small suv, the turbo ones are nicer than the regular)

We have a Jeep Wrangler Sahara ours was 28 Fully loaded. But I think the ones with less options are around 20, and Jeep has a great warranty, and free oil changes for life.

Yes, it is a great car and I believe the nicest looking suv out there. Did you see the 2011, they changed a bit and are now even more sleek. Those bastards had to tempt me, but I didn't fall. No more new for me, one year old.

The 15,000 mile service cost me $300 which is another draw back, nothing was wrong with the auto but I did get their wash and wax too. The vehicle I had before this was the Toyota RAV 4, this was a great little car. Consumer Report had it the number one small SUV. Can't go wrong with one of these.

However, my next vehicle is going to be either a Ford product or a Mercedes, probably a one year old Ford.
They have improved in quality big time and they now are competing seriously with Toyota and Honda according to Consumer Reports. That is my bible for purchasing a car. You should check them out.

And I am done purchasing new, one year old for me from now on.

I must reveal that I own Ford stock. lol

Dont do it. Ford may have improved their initial quality and image but they still fall way short to Honda & Toyota when it comes to long term reliability and resale value.

I've seen it before when a Honda or Toyota owner is fooled or guilted into going back to GM or Ford only to be reminded again why they left in the first place.

Is that a fact? Didn't know that. I thought I saw CR putting them right up there with Toyota and Honda. I may be wrong. I will check it out again.

Anyway I won't be in the market until at least next year. I was thinking about that Mercedes that incorporates a lot of new safety features. I believe it is the SUV, not sure though.

Smart, save a ton of money. No more brand new for me either. That is crazy to lose all that money in a year. Insane really.

Must be a hicktown with a small dealer network cause all the major cities have much higher discounts.

But it doesnt matter since I doubt the OP lives in your area. The he can get it under $20k$ if he's willing to travel to another state to buy it. And if he lives in Oregon or other states without sales tax then he can certainly do it.

In my neck of the wood, when someone is including TTL in the price they usually say "OUT THE DOOR"..... never heard anyone use "Finish negotiating" to mean the same.

Btw how can you negotiate the title, license etc when even the dealer doesnt know for sure until they submit the papers to DMV?

A used CR-V with 20k is doable for 20k. I have one, not an EX-L likely ( leather seats), but doable !

Wasnt the zip code u gave Charleston?

But yeah any town that has a population of just 125,000 is a hicktown. Most suburbs here have more people. LOL

If you really live in Columbia then you can drive to Atlanta (just 200 miles away) and buy the CR-V at $2500 off.
