Crawford will be a tough loss. Pena hit under 200 and can be replaced. Their pitching will still be legit.

. . . and an ownership that says it's not going to spend nearly as much money on salaries. So I guess no one should be surprised if they win 25 fewer games next year and fans stay away.

Toronto proved last year that you can take a step backward and still compete in the AL East. The problem is that you might only have one playoff team from that division next year because Toronto and Baltimore will probably be better.

rays have no fans who come to the games to see the good players. tb is toast next year. im glad also those fans didnt get to see a win last night. the fans dont deserve it. but the rays did.
