the pats were going for history, instead their season will just be the answer to a trivia question. even if they're 12-0 at some point next season, the excitement wont be there.

I think the Pats are slipping because their defense can not get a stop when it needs to. Last year against the Colts the Pats needed one stop and couldn't get it. They bounced back from that game ok. They will never get over this loss, but their success or lack of success, will not be a result of having a hangover from this day but rather from not being able to make plays on defense.Comment -
