No, but I know a few guys that own the sites. They're simply a collection of the free streams all over the net, collated into one piece of 'software', which is usually just a front of windows media player. For instance, if your local tv station offers a stream of it's local broadcasts online, that would be one of the 'channels' that these sites offer to you. It's just all in one place, so it's more convenient.

You would get the same thing at sites like firstrow, channelsurfing, atdhe, etc.

They are legit, and they do work, really good. I just run ubuntu, and most of those sites use windows software, otherwise I would use them as well.
