Why is No One talking about D.Lowe and the Braves beating the Giants in game 1 ???

Lowe looked very good last game..

Dont see guys like Torres, Huff, Burrell, Sandoval, Uribe hitting his sinker/slider..

Lincecum has been better but still is over valued..

Crowd should be a factor in SF but Lowe should be able to handle it..

Braves +140 seems solid in game 1.

uhhhh...in September, Lowe faced Pittsburgh, Florida, New York Mets, and Washington..TWICE! His September stats are absurdly deceiving and I don't see how ATL will find enough hits off of Lincecum to win game 1. Lincecum did strike out 18 Braves in 2 starts this year....

Lincecum may be overvalued but the SF bats definitely are undervalued. They have experience in Burrell, Uribe, and Huff. Their young guys can provide a spark to get the team moving and when they're all clicking they are a formidable team.

really? Giants had an ERA of 2.07 their last 30 games.

And take away the game they allowed 10 runs, and they had an ERA of 1.79 for those 29 games.

I wish I could find that thread about Linc being the most overrated pitcher in baseball. Ya, two hits, complete game shutout in playoff debut. One bad month isn't your career. FWIW Lowe had a great night as well, Lincy just kept getting better as the night went on.
