he probably can't comprehend this either. The answer is no. The contest was minimum of 7 picks a week throughout the whole season. He took off most of July, all of August and some of September. But came on strong the past 2 weeks.

Here is why there is a major flaw in your rule. I placed second in this contest btw.

Anyways you said the minimum picks per week was 7 but the maximum picks per week was 100. Now you also stated that you can make 100 picks maximum per week. Hypothetically if someone made 100 picks per week for the first 10 weeks they would not be allowed to make any more picks for the rest of the contest even if they remained in first place.

Your rules are flawed and whatsgood deserves to win this. I thought I was going to win.

By you rules everyone should have been disqualified a long time ago if they did not make the 7 picks per week minimum.

So I think Badnina was the only one who made picks every week. That means she actually won and lost the contest by your criteria.

You should of Disqualified all of us from the contest once you knew we missed a week. Plus the logic that you could have made 100 picks per week, and after 10 weeks you would be maxed out, but still have been first and would have lost the contest.

PG, its this thing called strategy. It was up to each people to figure out how to space your picks so you could make at least 7 every week. And I wasn't the only one. I think XXX also made picks every week. I asked months ago to verify that it was an every week deal and made sure I made my picks even when I was on trips and away from home. So yeah, I knew you guys were trying your dangest there at the end and I went into prevent mode. Too bad for you that you didn't care enough to read the rules and follow them. Whining about it now just makes you look foolish.

Lol no I don't deserve to win, it was fairly obvious that that was the case...The rules were stated pretty clearly and were reiterated by NYER in the contest board thing.

This contest pretty much was "make 7 picks per week, everyweek and you will win $300".

Did NYER really expect someone to get picks in for every single week of the MLB season?

Here is where the logic is wrong. The system allowed you to make up to 100 picks per week. The system would not let you make more then 1000 picks for the entire contest.

So theoretically if you made 100 picks per week, for 10 weeks, and placed first you could not make anymore picks and would be DQ even if you followed the rules.

This rule really was not made CLEAR to everybody and in fact is quite stupid. Out of the 50 people in the contest I believe she was the only one who got in picks every single week of the MLB season which pretty much says she won and lost this contest at the same time.

It's bullshit imo. whatsgood won this contest.

The SBRpicks system Disqualifies you if you don't live up to the rules which should be programmed in the system.

Many people should have been disqualified a long time ago and it should of been a 2 or 3 person contest for most of the season. It's not hard to win this contest when you have one other oppenent because everyone else got disqualified.

He already did. He said that a minimum 7 picks for every week of the regular season. It wasn't up to him to do the math for everyone. The last 2 weeks you guys had days you were making 20+ picks. You said in an earlier post that you knew I would bring up the fact that you guys didn't make picks for every week of the season. That means you saw the rule and disregarded it. The fact is I asked NYer a couple of months ago to verify that it was for every week. I think I PMed him around the first of August. And I also told him to expect a lot of whining.

He totally ****** up the rules by my logic (stated above) and won't even give a response to that. Did he really expect the 50 people that were invited to the contest to make picks every single week of the MLB season? Kind of a stupid rule, which has it's logic broke because of the system.

Anyways, This should of been clearly stated in the beginning of the contest, not in August when BadNina asked him. She knew for the last two months that she was the only one who managed to make picks every week so It did not matter where she stood.

Still fraudulent.
