My oldest nephew is only 3 but he's already almost 4 feet tall and wears a size 13 shoe. He isn't chunky at all. I'm teaching how to bat, throw a baseball, shoot baskets, but my spirals are weak.

If the parents aren't athletic there's a good chance he's not either. Don't kill me, I'm just being frank. I don't think a "stop off" would get much done though. Surely there is someone that can work with them locally. I could stop off for some "service' though.
